his house is noisy the whole time because of the 5 brothers and cousins ahhaha.
but not in a bad way of course, its livelier this way.

played guitar hero most of the time and i played drums and vocalist parts :S
i think i sucked at the singing especially haha but what the heck.

oh oh, we also went karting together with his family. its SUPER expensive lor, $40 for just 10 minutes! i felt bad about it especially since i played like 2 rounds -.-
1st run was quite good for a newb like me i suppose but the 2nd run totally sucked HAHA.
my engine stopped 4 times -__________________________-
it was pretty embarrassing when everyone drives past you with that puzzled look ahaha.

gasp, its almost january!
you know, this entire year passed by so darn fast and i'm not just talking about O' levels and what not.

but its just... i don't know, kinda flew past? haha flew past is such an awkward expression but yes.

thinking back to the first day of sec 4 where the teachers introduced themselves to us to hanging out with my 3-3 '07 clique to bonding with 4-1 and preparing ourselves for prelim 1. that was about it for term 1.

term 2 came knocking on the door pretty soon after, conflicts occurred along with confused emotions hahaha. then the class was really split into different bands for the classes and i guess it was at that point of time where it got really really hard for me since i slacked too much in term 1.

term 3 started after prelims 2 which i absolutely sucked at. honestly if i didn't need to hand the result slip back i would have put it in the shredder.
but it was also during this term that the constant remedials began to take its toll on us.

term 4 was indeed the final push where all the teachers really pushed us to the max before leading us into the hall for our o level papers.

and here i am, waiting to take back my results in what, 3 - 4 weeks time?

2008 hasn't really been a bad year for me but... i guess i grew indifferent to everything around me. indifferent to friends, emotions and everything.
it really made me feel detached from everything, like i had no more place in this stupid world. it also made me realise what a big hypocrite i truely am.

i always tell others to relax and not to think too much about things. but in reality i probably do the same, or even to a greater extent. ahahaha, that's pretty pathetic if i may say so myself. i ask people to tell me about their problems but i keep mine bottled up. i act childish in order to disguise myself as some ignorant, "happy go lucky" kid. in the end, the only person that i'm lying to is myself.

SO HAVING SAID THAT, i think i have a pretty good idea of what my new year's resolution is :)

yeap, don't ask me how i survived 4 years without free incoming calls, i'm not sure myself hahaha.

Bleach: Fade to Black - I Call Your Name!




i can't wait for this movie to come out!
yes its the highly anticipated 3rd bleach movie! *drools...*

although it was released on the 13th of december in japan, it is not going to be subbed until a year later. ):
oh well, good things are worth the wait. i watched diamond dust rebellion and found it to be quite good so hopefully this movie will raise the bar again.

the story of Fade to Black mainly focuses on Kuchiki Rukia and Ichigo attempting to rescue her. Apparently, Rukia attempted to wipe everyone's memories of her and wanted to reunite with her siblings?
urahara sensing the disturbance in soul society dispatches ichigo and KON (YES KON!) to investigate and because of the memory wipe, the 13 squads do not have recollections about the ryoka.

hence, upon landing, ichigo has to fight against all 13 squads once again just like the first arc in the anime. (saving rukia from being executed)
kubotite (creator of bleach) then used this as an advertising point, emphasizing on Ichigo V.S the 13 protection squads.

honestly, one reason why this film attracts me so much is because how similar it is to the first arc of the anime. i loved that arc the most and to add the icing on the cake, the movie is similar yet different at the same time! :DD

haha it wasn't the first time meeting grace but still, NICE TO MEET YOU!

we had lunch at kopitiam before she left to meet her friends.
so avril and me went to serangoon.
initially we wanted to find some place to crash and we eventually asked yilin.
she was going to teresa's concert so we didn't go her house. in the end, we went to slack at the swings. oh and someone had a blooper oops! haha don't ask.

but anyway, yilin looked like a business woman cause she wore a vest and carried a laptop bag around hahaha. in the end avril went home first and i had to bring yilin to victoria concert hall. yilin doesn't know where is that! can you believe it?! tsk tsk.
umm, met her friends rachel and victoria and waited at victoria's house till 6 before we left for raffles place.
good thing she didn't know who i really was or it would have been embarrassing :/

in the end, being the nice guy i am, i accompanied yilin and watched the concert with her. (SEE, I'M SO NICE RIGHT.)
and choir concerts are totally not my thing but still, it was quite decent i guess.

OH AND GUESS WHAT.

I WENT THERE AND I SAW MR. DENIS LEONG OMFG?
TURNS OUT HE IS THE CONDUCTOR FOR THE ST. FRANCIS XAVIER YOUTH CHOIR.
WTHHHHHHHHH, i was totally stunned when i saw him.
had to resist my huge temptations to shout "gong jiao" when the emcee introduced him as the conductor of Edward Becharas choir but i was afraid everyone would stare at me

yilin then passed the present to teresa and we zoomed back to bishan and ang mo kio respectively.

haha and that's the end of an eventful day! :)
