Not going to cut my hair though, I find it rather short and Mr Teo is a very reasonable teacher. ( he is the one doing the re-checking. )

* 1) What made Golkyon adopt an aggressive Policy in 2008? What was his main instruments to ensure the Policy's success, and what was the purpose of the Policy?


* One reason why Golkyon adopted a foreign policy in 2008 was due to his frustration felt, when he had trouble catching all the students for long hair and short socks. Golkyon, alone, was unable to match the military might and the sheer economic capacity of the army (as seen by boys being able to afford countless numbers of divine punishment socks from the universe bookshop, yet continue wearing ankle socks as usual, as if they do not feel the $5/sock pinch). He also adopted an aggressive policy in other ways, as seen by the fire (fi-year) extinguisher plan towards the rank four elites. Golkyon secretly tampered with the extinguisher, in hopes of making Dis-co assassins fight the anti-Kyon elites and so that they would aid him and screw the elites upside-down, leftside-right (in the exact words as he would've explained himself). Hence, Golkyon adopted a foreign policy and played one against the other to save his divine universe from falling apart, and this has proved to be a success.


* Another reason why Golkyon adopted a foreign policy was due to the fact that there were always a number of missing students during his precious PE lessons. He went on a universe-wide search and found out that the missing students were actually hiding in their chambers playing the Rubik's cube. Golkyon punished the entire squadron despite the others being innocent. So, in order to save his precious divine-socked students, Golkyon wanted to put an end to the possible Rubik's castastrophy immediately, as it would break his rule over the Qiyou-gowatt universe, bringing harm to the world and bringing about its destruction. Therefore, Golkyon suggested a ban on the cube to protect his interests and to bring world peace. This essentially saved more innocent divine lives. Hence, Golkyon adopted a foreign policy to show his benevolence toward those who repent for their sins and give their utmost loyalty to his divinity.


* Another reason why Golkyon adopted a foreign policy was because of the fear of entry of the anti-Kyon movement into the war, which consumed the entire universe at that point of time. The anti-Kyon had already controlled the entire the rank 3 and 4 elites after liberating them from Golkyon's rule. Essentially, this made Golkyon fear that the anti-Kyon would continue their influence over the to-be rank 1 and 2 soldiers. He wanted to end the war effectively and quickly so that the anti-Kyon would not have a part to play in the post-war events. Thus, he went to the canteen just minutes earlier for every recess, in a desperate attempt to eliminate the anti-Kyonism elements and their influences (long hair, short socks). Hence, Golkyon adopted a foreign policy due to the fear of the entry of anti-Kyonism into the universe, scared out of his wits by the sheer grandness of the elites and their massive influence.


* In conclusion, I feel that the most important reason why Golkyon adopted a foreign policy was due to the fact that he had motherly
fornication in his early years and had never really recovered from it mentally. This can be seen from his use of analogies and his jokes, which make sense to only his universe's sole inhabitant and also his saviour, Kah-noob. Essentially, banning the Rubik's cube only acted as a catalyst for the elites to rebel and this is contrary to the effects he expected. However, it is expected that his plans always fail, as
usual. He did his utmost for humanity and its sake. Therefore, his policy was justified to a certain extent as he had a kind heart over his
unfortunate(ly), ugly face, and so his rule over Qiyou-gowatt universe is essential as it is the only thing that can suit his ugly human nature due to their compatibility.
